Pat & Bruce Moore
Owners - Mountain Dreams Realty
Pat is the Designated Broker and has been selling real estate since 1976 and she received her broker's license in 1987. Pat has sold real estate in the Pinewood area for over 45 years and continues to be a top multi-million-dollar producer year after year.
Bruce has a Bachelor of Science Degree and a Master's Degree in business. He taught Computer Science at Carl Hayden High School for 24 years plus Accounting and Computer Science at Phoenix College for 13 years before retiring in 1992. Bruce also received his Real Estate license in 1976 and brings with him a wealth of knowledge in business and construction.
Cheri & Andy Buchholtz
Cheri Buchholtz, Associate Broker
Cheri is Pat and Bruce's daughter. She received her license in 2002 and is a fourth-generation realtor. Cheri is C.P.A. with Master of Science Degree in Accountancy and a Bachelor of Science Degree in Electrical Engineering. Her firm, Indigo Financial, P.C. specializes in consulting for commercial real estate.
Andy Buchholtz, Andy is Pat and Bruce's son-in-law and he received his license in 2003. He has a Bachelor of Science Degree in Marketing and more than 30 years in software development. His firm Innovative Software Solutions, Inc. specializes in custom modifications and development for the industrial equipment rental industry.
Cheri & Rob Moore
Rob is Pat and Bruce's Son.
He received his license in 2023 and is a fourth-generation realtor and has a Bachelor of Science Degree in Small Business Management. Rob was the President of Interior Logic Group before retiring in 2023. Rob is presently an owner and President of EPIX INTERIORS and brings with him a wealth of knowledge in business & construction.
Cheri is Pat and Bruce's daughter-in-law and she received her license in 2002. She has a Bachelor of Science Degree in Business Administration and spent 5 years managing her family's printing company before leaving to spend more time with her two children and grandson.
John Sharapata
After selling a successful manufacturing company in 2000, I moved to Munds Park on a full-time basis. I began selling Real Estate in 2002 and currently serve clients in the Northern Arizona communities of Munds Park, Flagstaff and Williams. I am also a member of Phoenix Association of Realtors and list and sell property in the Valley of the Sun. Through my Real Estate dealing, I've made many life long friends and have had the good fortune of working with some of the best realtors in the state.
Tara Munro
Tara and her family have been a part of the Moore family for over 30 years, and we know them as family. Tara spent the first 8 years of her career in property management and the title industry. Tara received her real estate license in 1996 and enjoys the flexibility it provides her to spend time with her family. Tara has been with Mountain Dreams realty since 2002.

Bob was born in Colchester, England and grew up in Southern California where he worked in banking management for Bank of America, Pasadena Schools Credit Union and Foothill Independent Bank. When he moved to Munds Park in 1992, he worked for Pinewood Realty as a Real Estate Broker for over 25 years. He has a BS in Health Science and graduated with Distinction from the prestigious UCLA Writers' Program. Bob is also a published author and wrote the novel "Changing Tide".
He loves working and living in Munds Park and knows the Real Estate Market well.
